Tired of erratic operation of the lower cost sensors mounted at fringe distances of their range limits?
Our 900 Mhz digital signal transmission assures maximum communication reliability between the sensor and receiver. With most of the other wireless sensors, they all use analog signal transmission with no supervision. When you receive that occasional missed trigger from analog units or erratic operation, the majority of the time it is wireless transmission weak signal issues more than the sensor detection itself. Not only can you receive transmission up to a mile away, the sensor "checks in" silently with the receiver every four hours. If the receiver does not "hear" a check in from the sensor, you will see a red "No Signal" led light on the receiver. This gives you a confirmation of poor wireless signal to ensure reliable operation when you need it most and the signal must work 99.9 percent of the time. Also the receiver has a low battery indicator and even a tamper light if someone would try to disable or remove the front cover of the system.

The wireless probe is great for high wildlife activity and most of all deer. You will never be awakened in the middle of the night with animal triggers. The probe offers extremely reliable detection for vehicles only and will sense a car up to 14 feet away from the probe. The tough PVC watertight probe is buried next to the driveway and the 50 ft direct burial cable runs to the NEMA4X rated weatherproof control box which houses the electronics and batteries.
You can mount the very slim control box on the reverse side of a pole or a tree to give the unit a very "unseen" look. The box is also paintable to match the mounting surface.
The 5000 ft unit also has a self-monitoring feature that informs you if there is a wireless communication problem between the outside and inside units.
5000 ft. wireless range is under ideal conditions. If there are obstructions (physical or environmental) between the sensor and the receiver your range could be reduced. We offer digital repeaters if you find that range is an issue. Call customer service to discuss adding a repeater to obtain the maximum distance for your system.
